Traversing and Collapsing the 5D Multiverse into Reality

In order to visualize the 5th dimension (the Multiverse), we need to play with the idea of dimensional promotion on the lower dimensions.   We need to do some "thought experiments" to understand the true nature of dimensions.   Dimensional promotion involves making and array of infinite copies of the lower dimension(s) to allow for change to its configuration.   Time (the 4th dimension) is an infinite continuum of 3D matter, allowing matter to change its configuration.

A Thought Experiment in Dimensional Promotion
Let's take a theoretical 2-Dimensional slice of reality. Think of it like a piece of translucent paper with just a height and width. Next, imagine drawing a black outline of a hand on the paper. Now we have a frozen moment of 2D.

Now imagine stacking one hundred of these 2D slices of translucent paper on top of each other, each of them with a hand outline. Imagine eighty of them have the hand outline in almost the exact same position. But a dozen of them have the hand in a slightly different position, and a small handful of them with a drastically different position.

Now, by stacking these hundred layers of 2D, we're promoting it to 3-dimensions and giving the hand a chance to move / to change position in its version of time.   As we look through the stacked translucent papers, we'll see a very strong outline of the hand where the great majority of the outlines match up, but there is also a bit of fuzziness there, where the hand outlines were in slightly different positions.   

The strong outline represents a "very high probability reality" of where the hand is positioned at for a given moment in time.   This is where we believe the hand has moved at the given timeframe.   The collective conscience of ourselves and the matter around us "collapses" into a frozen moment when we focus on the idea of now, and specific positioning.   But we can imagine these alternate versions of reality where the hand is in a slightly different position at this moment of now.   And in our imagination, some of these versions may be far outside the consensus.   But reality is consensual, and the combined "belief" of all matter involved stacks like sheets of translucent paper, creating a collapsed, highly probable composite of the moment of the now.  

The idea of promoting 3D space into 4D time can be visualized in a similar fashion, but now we're taking "3D imaginary slices of paper", and extrapolating them along a 4th dimension.   The entire 3D material world of the universe is our "slice" - our moment of now, but time, the 4th dimension allows the reconfiguration of all matter in the 3D world as it progresses forward.

The 5th dimension is an infinite series of possible 4D timelines, and represents the idea of the "multiverse" / "many worlds theory" that many quantum physicists and philosophers have proposed.   The 5th dimension is what allows choice/freewill of consciousness over its 3D control through 4D time.   Its existence, I believe, is evident in the fact that our conscious minds are able to travel through it, moving backwards through time (memories), forward through time (planning), and sideways through time (visualization of different choices).
